Terms & Conditions:  

-          Advance Booking is required. Details written herewith are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

-          20 days cut-off-date prior to event arrival. All reserved function on this event will be released if no confirmation received on the said date

-          The least number of participants is indicated for guaranty purposes only, additional payment according to the contract price is required should there be any increase of participants number or late amendments.

-          Site inspection must be done with both parties before the event date; requests or amendments before the event date is highly recommended      

-          Any request that will arise during the occasion will not be Honored & permitted. Only the names appeared on this contract or the assigned-officer-in-charge is the only authorizing officers to be followed for any requests or amendments.

-          The above rates are in net U.S. dollar, and inclusive 2% accommodation tax and VAT

-          Above rate is not applicable during trade fairs, exhibition or any special events in Siem Reap.

-          Guaranteed Policy: For guaranteed Room & Banquet reservations, a 50% Deposit is required of the total Payables. Royal Empire Hotel must receive the said deposit at least 15 days prior to group/individual arrival. Once received, Reservation officer will issue Electronic Voucher to guaranty

your event booking and deposit. (We do accept Cash, Credit Card and Wire Transfer; however, additional fee that will arise from such transactions will not be shouldered by Royal Empire Hotel)

-          Your guaranteed reservation will ensure that a event, meeting & facility/ies is/are reserved however late your guest may arrive. Any existing reservations at the time of termination shall be honored by Royal Empire Hotel and all agreements herein with respect to this reservation shall survive the termination of the agreement or until further notice
